Terms and conditions of sale

1. Purpose

These general terms and conditions of sale set out the rules that apply to purchases made on FWShop24.

They specify, in particular, how orders, payment, delivery, returns, refunds and complaints are handled.

Any order placed on the website implies that the applicable terms have been read and, where acceptance is required, accepted.

2. Product presentation

Each product page sets out, to the extent the information is available, the essential characteristics of the item, its price, images, availability and condition.

Photographs are intended to illustrate the products. For used or refurbished items, cosmetic differences may exist depending on the actual condition of the unit sold. Known defects and included accessories must be stated on the product page.

The customer is invited to read the description carefully before ordering.

3. Availability

Products are offered subject to available stock.

If an ordered item becomes unavailable after the order has been placed, FWShop24 informs the customer and, depending on the situation and the applicable rules, offers an appropriate solution: a refund, a replacement accepted by the customer, or another arrangement agreed between the parties.

No replacement with a different product will be imposed on the customer without their agreement where that agreement is required.

4. Prices and currency

Prices are displayed in Rs (MUR).

Before the order is finally confirmed, the customer can review the summary showing the price of the items, the delivery charges and any other applicable fees.

The total amount payable is shown before the order is confirmed.

Any duties, taxes or additional charges that apply must be disclosed transparently before the purchase, in accordance with the applicable regulations.

FWShop24 reserves the right to change its prices for future orders. A price change does not automatically change the price of an order that has already been confirmed.

5. Orders

To make a purchase, the customer selects the desired products, provides the information required for the order and chooses the delivery and payment options offered.

Before final confirmation, the customer must be able to check the selected items, quantities, prices, applicable charges and the contact details provided.

The order is treated as received when the website records its submission. Its final confirmation and commercial acceptance take place according to the process indicated at the time of purchase.

A confirmation email may be sent to the address provided by the customer.

The customer is responsible for the accuracy of their contact details, in particular their telephone number and delivery address.

6. Payment

The accepted payment methods are those shown at the time of the order: Virement bancaire.

Payment must be made in accordance with the arrangements displayed on the website.

Where payment is processed by an external provider, that provider’s terms and security measures may also apply.

FWShop24 must never ask the customer to send their online banking password or card PIN by email or messaging service.

An order may be placed on hold when a legitimate payment check is required. The customer is informed of any difficulty likely to affect their purchase.

7. Delivery

Deliveries are made to the areas served by FWShop24, according to the options offered when the order is placed.

Delivery is made within 1 to 3 days maximum. Details are set out on the Delivery and shipping page.

The customer must provide a complete address and remain contactable so that delivery can be completed.

8. Cancellation, returns and refunds

Requests for cancellation, return or refund are handled in accordance with FWShop24’s returns policy and the legal provisions applicable to the order concerned.

The arrangements, time limits and conditions for returns are set out on the Returns, exchanges and refunds page.

Nothing in these terms is intended to remove a mandatory right granted to the consumer by the applicable law.

9. Used and refurbished products

Used and refurbished products are identified as such on their product page.

The description states, as applicable, their cosmetic condition, the tests carried out, the accessories supplied, known defects and the applicable warranty terms.

A refurbished product may have been inspected, cleaned, repaired or tested before being offered for sale again. The extent of the refurbishment depends on the product and on the process actually carried out.

Used or refurbished products must not be presented as new. Any exclusion of warranty or limitation of liability must respect the consumer’s mandatory rights.

10. Warranties and conformity

Products sold by FWShop24 are covered by a 1-year warranty from the date of delivery.

The terms specific to each product are stated on its page, in its documentation or in the information provided at the time of purchase.

These terms do not limit rights that cannot legally be excluded.

11. Liability

FWShop24 takes reasonable steps to ensure that the website works properly and that the information published is reliable.

FWShop24’s liability is assessed in accordance with the applicable law. No clause can exclude a liability or a consumer right where the law prohibits such an exclusion.

12. Complaints and dispute resolution

For any complaint, the customer is invited to contact customer service at contact@fwshop24.com, stating the order number, the product concerned and a description of the problem. The form is available on the Contact and complaints page.

FWShop24 will endeavour to seek an amicable solution within a reasonable time.

If no amicable resolution is reached, the dispute may be submitted to the competent authorities or courts in accordance with the law applicable to the transaction.

13. Changes to the terms

FWShop24 may update these terms where necessary, in particular if its business or the regulations change.

The terms applicable to an order are determined in accordance with the applicable legal rules and the information provided when that order was placed.
